WHO WE ARE ...

Hearts With Hope is a loving community of mothers who have lost children.  We are a small non-profit group based in Avon, Connecticut, and are a non-denominal, faith-based group.  Our goal is to grow and help more mothers through this unimaginable loss. 

It is difficult to carry on or to find hope when you have lost a child, no matter the cause of death and having a community of other mothers who understand the nuances of child loss is so helpful in moving forward. It is our mission to help each other through this pain with love, faith, kindness, compassion, and understanding. 

Our programs include monthly meetings for support, and many have focused workshops on various topics, such as, how to cope through the holidays, secondary losses, understanding sibling loss, dealing with shame, blame, and guilt, what to do with your child’s belongings, and many more.
